Can I still manage my server myself?

Yes, you retain full root access and control. The Managed Tier adds expert oversight and assistance without restricting your freedom.

What if I need more than 2 hours of sysadmin time?

Additional sysadmin hours can be purchased at a rate of $30 per hour if you need more hands-on support.

Is the 6TB Backup HDD guaranteed?

Where chassis and hardware permit, a 6TB backup drive will be included free.

Do you support software outside Pterodactyl?

Yes, while Pterodactyl is included by default, our sysadmins can assist with other common panels or services as part of your support hours on a case-by-case basis.
